THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE ZSIGNALS PLATFORM, INCLUDING OUR WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, FEATURES, CONTENT, AND RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, "SERVICE"). BY USING ZSIGNALS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zSignals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

zSignals may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You may not use zSignals if you are a politically exposed person or subject to international sanctions.

3. Use of Service

zSignals provides real-time Zora market data and watchlist functionality. You agree to use zSignals only for lawful purposes and not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
Upload or distribute offensive, misleading, or unlawful content
Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse-engineering
Interfere with the functionality or security of the Service

zSignals reserves the right to remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report illegal activity to authorities.

4. Data and Usage Rights

By using zSignals, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, analyze, and aggregate your usage data, watchlist preferences, and interactions with the Service to operate, improve, and develop our products and services.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics, research, and business purposes, including creating market insights and trend analysis. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are the property of zSignals or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from zSignals without prior written consent, unless expressly permitted by law or under a clear open-source license.

The Service, including its software and underlying technology, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. zSignals reserves all rights not expressly granted.

6. Accounts and Security

Each user must have a unique account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

zSignals may offer paid features or subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing and waive any statutory withdrawal rights due to instant digital access.

All fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice, effective on your next renewal date. Taxes may apply. zSignals may suspend access for unpaid amounts.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violating these Terms. You may terminate your account via the Service. Upon termination, your license ends, and your data may be deleted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold zSignals harmless from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZSIGNALS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZSIGNALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Privacy Policy

zSignals values your privacy. We collect personal data such as name, email, usage activity, device info, and content you submit. We use this data to:

Provide and improve the Service
Communicate with you
Enforce Terms and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers under strict privacy terms.

We store data securely and only retain it as long as necessary. Data may be processed outside your country. By using zSignals, you consent to such transfer.

13. DMCA and Takedowns

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore, unless otherwise required by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
